Lizabeth Johnson
DNP, FNP-C, and Owner
Liz Johnson is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and certified Nurse Practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for helping people look and feel their absolute best. She is the founder and CEO of LJ Aesthetics, established in February 2022, where she specializes in delivering natural, personalized aesthetic treatments with a focus on safety, subtlety, and confidence-building results. With 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and a full-time role in family medicine, Liz brings a unique combination of medical expertise and an artistic eye to every treatment she performs. Her approach is grounded in creating results that enhance natural beauty—never overdone, always authentic. Outside of her professional life, Liz is a proud wife and mom to four young boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, playing sports, traveling, and reading. Deeply committed to her roots, Liz finds true fulfillment in caring for and giving back to her small-town community, both through primary care and aesthetic services.
MaKayla Woods
Registered Nurse, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, and Nurse Injector
With over four years of nursing experience in both ICU and Emergency Room settings and 1 year plus with LJ Aesthetics, MaKayla brings a strong clinical background and a compassionate approach to aesthetics. She currently works full time as an ER nurse while pursuing her passion for helping others look and feel their most confident selves through aesthetic care.
Specializing in injectables, skin rejuvenation, wellness, and advances aesthetic treatments, she is known for creating natural looking results withy helping clients feel comfortable, educated, and cared for through out their experience. Her Goal is to enhance each client’s natural beauty while building confidence from the inside out.
When she’s not in the clinic or the ER, you can find her outside in the garden, riding horses, hunting, golfing, or enjoying life on the farm.
Stacy Hart
Registered Nurse
Stacy is a highly skilled Registered Nurse who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and artistic talent to our med spa. With 9 years of nursing experience in surgery, pediatrics, and family practice—and 10 years of cosmetology experience—she offers a well-rounded, client-focused approach to aesthetic care.
Her deep understanding of anatomy, skin health, and patient safety allows her to deliver natural, confident results with a gentle, knowledgeable touch. Whether she’s performing treatments or guiding clients through personalized care plans, Stacy’s calm and compassionate presence makes every visit feel comfortable and customized.
Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters. She loves camping, fishing, coaching her girls’ activities, and making memories with family and friends. Her dedication to helping others feel their best shines through in all she does—both in and out of the clinic.
Ashley Schmid
has recently joined the LJ Aesthetics team as an Esthetician. She’ll also be one of the friendly faces welcoming you at the front desk and helping make your experience feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Ashley has such a warm personality, a passion for skincare and beauty, and a heart for helping others feel confident and cared for. We are so excited to have her as part of our growing team.
Abby Johnson
ARNP & NP
With over 10 years of nursing experience and 2 years as a Nurse Practitioner, Abby is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Outside of LJ Aesthetics, she embraces what she lovingly calls her “old lady hobbies”—gardening, reading, cooking and baking, crafting, and camping. Above all, she treasures time spent with her family.
